  • Name3. Garage doors to be set back from highway boundary min 5.5metres for sliding or roller/shutter doors, 6.1metres for up-and-over doors or 6.5metres for doors opening outwards and after maintained. 6. No occupation of any dwelling to take place until boundary treatment for dwelling is completed according to details shown on drawing nos. 1181-005 Rev C & 1181-004 Rev C. Once completed, boundaries always to be retained after. 12. No dwelling/ building to be occupied/ used until drainage works as are needed for that dwelling/ building have been completed, according to details agreed under condition 11.
